With Cashbot you can engage your users with timely product recommendations in the context of a conversation. These are the main cashbot.ai features for receiving and improving product recommendations.

Get Recommendations

Tell Cashbot you'd like to Get a specific product recommendation at a specific point in time and deliver to a specific user. With all recommendations you can customize the number of products, the widget style & the call to action. (see figure one)

Post Get Recommendations

Send Cashbot user input like a user utterance or user attributes & return a specific product recommendation to that specific user. By posting user input while making recommendations your agent can develop confidence levels associated with products recommended.

Registering a User

The more Cashbot learns about your users & your chat bots, the better your Agents will preform. Post to Cashbot end user attributes at the beginning and throughout each session to accelerate Agent training.

Improve Recommendations

Posting user inputs through out interactions with your chat bot is critical to improving Agent performance. Capturing free form utterances, events or button pushes allow your agent identify user intent and with confidence based scoring predict conversion rates.
